Dr. Shi Jianzhong, the vice president and a professor of China University of Political Science and Law, a doctoral tutor in economic law, and the director of the Competition Law Research Center of China University of Political Science and Law.

He is the vice president of China Economic Law Research Association, vice president of China Science and Technology Law Society, a member of Expert Consultative Group of Anti-monopoly Committee of State Council, a member of Consultative Group for Negotiation of Trade and Competition Policy Issues of the New Round of Multilateral Trade Negotiations by the Ministry of Commerce (convener).

时建中博士，现任中国政法大学副校长、教授、经济法专业博士生导师，中国政法大学竞争法研究中心主任。

中国经济法学研究会副会长、中国科学技术法学会副会长、国务院反垄断委员会专家咨询组成员、商务部新一轮多边贸易谈判贸易与竞争政策议题谈判专家咨询组成员（召集人）。
